At our recent breakfast event, hosted by our Head of Qualitative & Strategy for APAC, Dominic McCarthy, we discussed the ways to ensure success when undertaking segmentation. We balanced Ehrenberg Bass and Mark Ritson views on segmentation along with how we can learn from the history of segmentation when it comes to big data approaches.
We then hosted a lively panel discussion facilitated by Florencia Tarelli, our Head of Strategy and Deployment for APAC. The panel featured Neil Sangster, Senior Insights Manager at Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing Company, Craig Adams, Strategy Director at Naked Communication and Alison Tilling, Head of Planning at BMF.
