Managing Partner - Brand & Innovation

The Role:

As Managing Partner (“MP”), you will form part of the Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”) that has responsibility for aspects of the business. As MP, you will work with the Global CEO and other Managing Partners to set the tone for the agency culture, our external profile and our interactions with other Enero agencies. Fundamental to our success is your positive and collaborative contribution to building a high performing SLT and broader team aligned behind our vision and our key objectives. The MP will also play a key role in driving new business, creating strategic deliverables to answer our client’s problems, whilst leading the team from a brand and innovation work stream and building stronger relationships with existing clients to drive our revenue base.

As a practitioner, you will bring seasoned experience in the Strategy arena, able to craft project outputs which drive client surprise and delight, and support retention of business.

The Day to Day:


  • Deliver agreed revenue targets (for you and your team) while delivering to the TLE Group budget
  • Contribute to and deliver revenue opportunities to meet the TLE Group new business target
  • Manage project profitability across your and your team’s clients


  • Deliver new business and develop new sustained client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts
  • Responsible for driving and delivering the full TLE offer to a variety of different clients
  • Ensure that effective strategic client plans are up to date, actioned & reviewed regularly
  • Ensures the right skills and expertise (regardless of office) are brought to projects to deliver the highest quality work for the client
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts and relationships with key clients


  • Contribute to building One TLE across all geographies
  • Support the Group’s expansion in other markets
  • Champion TLE’s vision and values internally and externally
  • Develop a prominent industry profile for you and the TLE brand
  • Ensure that the highest quality work is delivered across all TLE projects

  • Advocate and drive training & development

  • Work in collaboration with the CEO & People & Culture to plan for, communicate, and motivate the team to realise their full potential within TLE (skills, career progression, retention)


  • Manage the key operational metrics (e.g. team billability) to deliver business success
  • Promote greater understanding of capabilities across the Enero Group (two ways)
  • Contribute to the development of our IP to further develop the TLE offer

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University qualification in a relevant subject area
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in a consultancy (with strategy as the ideation fuel) managing wider business functions and a P&L (preferably currently at board level)
  • Preferably 15+ years in a consultancy or client business with a proven track record
  • Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong networks and relationships internally and externally through a coaching mentality
  • Extensive, proven track record in strategy – taking a client from their initial business issue, through ideation and leading them to the optimum answer for their business problem

Your Knowledge and Experience:

  • Ideally strong working knowledge of strategic frameworks which support brand problems
  • A proven ability to deliver strategic projects, generate new business and to retain clients – clear track-record of identifying and winning new business, then translating this to ongoing clients
  • A real people person, driven by an ambition to be involved in the highest quality work
  • Exemplary communication and written skills as well as fantastic presentation skills
  • Strong ethos and emphasis on planning, scheduling, resource planning and team utilisation
  • Ability to build a high performing, collaborative, effective team
  • Punctual, reliable and highly self-motivated
